I'm Richie Holden, Co-founder and tutor at Highly Prepared Tutoring Company.
Richie is a high school math teacher in Loudoun County. He makes productive connections with students and uses this to help students develop a mastery of content in a fun and engaging way. Richie believes in a mastery-focused approach on education and believes that anyone can succeed when given the opportunity and individualized resources to master content.

Richie graduated from James Madison University, where he earned his B.S. in mathematics and a Masters in education. At JMU he co-taught a college math class with the goal of helping college students get more excited about math. ​
I'm Vanessa Wagener, Co-founder and tutor at Highly Prepared Tutoring Company.
Vanessa is a bilingual math teacher in Loudoun County. She expertly designs fun, creative, and engaging lessons based on her students interests. She currently teaches Algebra II and Precalculus. She can communicate with students in both English and Spanish to assist in their mathematical development and provide students with real life examples.

Vanessa graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in mathematics and a Masters in education. At UMD, she co-taught a college level precalculus course.
